Refund/Exchange Policy

Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them.

We offer a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. If any product is damaged during shipping or otherwise defective, we will refund or exchange the product to the customer's satisfaction. This includes all tangible products such as audio CD's, books, bibles, rare books, video sermons on CD, etc. There is no refund or exchange on  our MP3 sermon downloads.  Please call customer service at 901-483-3153 or email us at returns@christiantribute.com , in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date.
