Let us assure you that all of the products we offer in our catalog are "first quality" -- they are neither used nor damaged. This is true for all of our products. To offer such low prices, we purchase our products in large quantities, allowing us to take full advantage of the quantity discounts offered by our vendors. In turn, we are able to offer lower prices to our customers. We also purchase many closeout and remainder products and offer them at an even greater discount to you. At Christian Tribute Bookstore, we always take care to let our customers know the status and availability of the titles on their orders. For products that are currently in stock in our warehouse, the words "In Stock" will appear on the product's detail page. Furthermore, when customers finalize an order at Christian Tribute Bookstore, they will receive confirmation of availability. In the event that a title is backordered at the time the order is placed, the system will provide an approximate date when it will be available to ship. In that case we will not bill your credit card until the product has arrived in our warehouse and has been shipped out to you. For most products we have managed to provide, at the very least, a basic description of the item. In our rare Book department we have tried to give as much detail as possible in our product description. Please read these descriptions very carefully when ordering from our rare book department. Just as a product description gives an idea of the content in a particular product, the image reveals a tremendous amount of information about a product. We do apologize for products that have no image, however we are working hard to provide an image for every product that we carry. This is especially true of our rare book department. Payment on orders can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or American Express. For those folks who prefer to pay by check, you may order online using an "electronic check" which works via your regular checking account. The check must be in US funds drawn on a US bank. However, we understand that some people are still uneasy with new types of transactions. With that in mind, customers can still place orders by mail, using paper checks and we'll process those orders just as quickly as we process online orders. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) will ship on the next business day (Monday through Friday). We will send an email as soon as the order ships. If there are backorders on your order, we won’t charge your credit card until they ship.
Aside from case quantities and price breaks on certain items (for example, Gift and Award Bibles, greeting cards, and Bible study guides), Christian Tribute Bookstore does not generally offer further discounts to organizations, churches, or businesses.
Christian Tribute Bookstore delivers to penitentiaries, but we suggest you contact the prison first to determine if there are any special regulations. Some prisons don't allow delivery of hardcover books. Others place a limit on the number of items contained in a package. We cannot send any packages anonymously to inmates and all packages must be sent via US Mail. We cannot ship UPS to prisons.
Provided the items on your order are in stock, we will begin to process it immediately. All orders placed by 12:00 noon. (Eastern Time) on weekdays will ship on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon (Eastern Time) will ship on the next business day (Monday through Friday). Please note: We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. We will send an email as soon as the order ships. Out-of-stock items are shipped when they become available. Most of them are out of print and no longer available in bookstores. We have many first and second editions of hard to find books by great men of God. We even have several signed by such men as John R. Rice. These books were printed as early as 60 years ago. Please read the descriptions carefully before ordering. We give as much detail as space allows about each item. If you return an item to Christian Tribute Bookstore, please allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2-4 weeks for the new package to arrive at your address.
